KCHA receives many requests throughout the year from organizations inviting us to partner with them. Due to our limited resources, we must carefully consider our level of involvement with each of these initiatives.
Please be specific in providing us with details regarding your event. KCHA will review all requests once the form is completed. We will contact you or your organization with confirmation details specific to our participation in your event. While we may be able to accommodate requests with less notice, we truly appreciate 30 days advance notice of your event. This allows us to secure staff and volunteer resources to help make your event a success!
KCHA is a not-for-profit animal welfare organization relying on donations for 80% of our budget. We are a private, 501c3 agency and do not receive operating support from national organizations. We count on generous friends like you to help fulfill our mission of saving the lives of Kanawha County’s animals.
